The Red Note location scouting in Ciudad Juarez

Writer and director Craig Whitney and producer Estefania Bonilla Hernandez traveled to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico this month to scout locations for the production of The Red Note with the help of the Chihuahua FIlm Commission.
